let us imagine a minute al zawahri is really bush's ennemy.

he sees on cnn and on the internet how the us missed a target and killed 18 innocents. maybe he is even THERE, and escapes by chance.

then, in the days following, bush gets under nourished fire for missing targets and killing innocents through public opinion.

so, let us imagine now, you are al-zawahri, the ennemy of bush the butcher,
what do you choose to do:

A- publish a press release confirming you were at site and were missed by little, so to calm down public opinion growing angry over bush your ennemy in the us

B- you publish a press release where you stand at a pool in a cosy house in baghdad showing all the us and the world, the bush team is not even capable to locate you properly, and are just lying to the whole world about this bombing issue.

they lied about the fact that it was a fighter, they lied about the fact they were looking for zawahri, they had to tame down the noise louding up from the rear.

good chances are: the fighter was a uav, a predator B, deployed in Afghanistan and used to assassinate for some time now, piloted from some washington DC bunker or some base in the us through KuBand, VPN protected satelitte link. the uav followed so called suspects ("looking like suspects" from the air) and decided to bomb their "hideout" (a family house).

but, but, but the video freak in washington DC did not notice he had crossed borders. rules of engagement changed. houses are not just hideouts to blow, press will talk about it etc... had the house been blown a few miles east, the whole story would have gone unpublished.

for now, this story tells so much that we now know al-zawahri is on the WHITEhouse payroll...

Should there be a shift towards a "petroEuro" for this process, the result could be a global decrease in demand for the dollar and result in less demand for dollar denominated assets. The IOB is currently expected to go online in March 2006.

swisscom is about to be sold to the private sector

the most promising swiss state company in 2005.

generating 1.4 billion net profit for the state in 2005 only.

this was simply too much profits for the right wing plotters.
that should land in their own pockets.

well, swisscom, not 60 days after press leak destabilisation, is to be sold to the private sector, because the "state can only mismanage" claim right wing swiss politician christoph blocher and friends like claude ruey.

with this in mind, i would like to remind about an article of swissinfo news concerning the plan blocher, the whistle blower, had setup to steal swisscom from the state and deliver it "clef en main" to some foreign investor, either friend of his or of his banker.

swiss governement strategical internal discussions about swisscom in 2006 where jeopardized at the moment the minister of justice and police, Christoph Blocher, whistle blowed to the press about certain plans discussed in the government stables, early december 2005.

the article directly discredited the governement representative of the telecomm sector. the right wing then hammered for weeks about how the state was mismanaging swisscom, completely obscuring the fact that for years it stands as proof for state managed competitive enterprise, succesfull both in the delivery methods as well as added value brought to the services offered.

the minister of communications and his aide told the public minister of confederation (a public abritation tribunal for governemental affairs) about the leak and public ministry should have started an investigation.

now the request for investigation was stopped by the justice and police departement, headed bY: the whislte blower ! christoph blocher ! welcome to swiss politics...

swiss people who travel know swiss phone have the best quality around, better than japan better than us, not speaking of french or uk system. best voice quality, best reliability. good services. i am not been chauvinistic here. just facts.

maybe they have not been around enough to value the assets they hold.

not "allies", like the ones you had, paper allies, that bring 500 troops, and run away when it turns ugly. real mercenary national armies that could be bought, like for example ? Indonesia, Burma, Pakistan, Ouganda ? the bets are open.

personally, i do not thing buying national armies will ramp up fast enough for the needs.

i would favor a theory saying the fundings will finance paramilitary bodies destabilising (*) nations perceived as threatening (**) to the us government. this theory would also claim DRAFT is on next year in the us.

everybody tried a bit of caesar sim on windows 95 ? was it ? troops that you prolong duty get low morale. low morale means bad results in battle, on the field etc... to make it short. hell breaks loose. is it not all about setting expectations ?
